• Location of Position: Sri Petaing/TTDI/Kajang/Ampang
• Working Days: 
  • Mon – Sat : 10.00am – 7.00pm
  • Sunday : 10.00am – 4.00pm
  • Tuesday Closed
• Working Hours: 9 hours
• Number of Vacancy: 5
• Salary Range: Basic RM 2500-3500 + Commision

Job Scope

PROCEDURES AND SERVICES

• Prepare customer for procedures like clean face, apply numb cream, ensure signing of relevant consent forms and give medications (where necessary).
• Provide assistance to doctors during procedures.
• Performing facial and body treatment.
• Conducting skin analysis and prepare customer/procedure profiling daily.
• Explaining all relevant procedure and post-care details including its down time to customers.
• Follow-up on customers after procedure/treatment; ensure next appointment for review after each procedure.
• Promote company’s products and services to customers.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Stock management; count and orders as required.  
• Fill all usable items in procedure/treatment room, change sheet in procedure/treatment rooms, maintain all machines and equipments.

HOUSEKEEPING

• Ensuring cleanliness of the premises.
• Sterilizing procedures’ equipments.

ADMINISTRATION

• Keep track of work flow to ensure all jobs are delivered timely and in order. 
• Responsible for appointment bookings. 
• Photo taking, ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Issuance of document such as receipts and purchase order. 
• Issuance of any document to be signed by doctors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in the professional aesthetic/skin care/beauty industry
• Experience and certification in aesthetic/skin care/beauty industry will be an added advantage
• Possess well-groomed, clean and professional appearance 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Keen interest in the condition and improvement of customers
• Keen interest in the science behind products, procedures and equipment 
• Meticulous, organized and efficient 
• Excellent attention to details
