Job scope
Recruitment and Onboarding Management
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards,
social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate the decision-making
process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Organize orientation programs for new joiners. Introduce new joiners to their respective
teams as part of the onboarding process.
• Participate in or lead recruiting projects that support the continuous improvement of
recruiting processes.
• Develop an excellent candidate experience process and onboarding journey.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology
• Strong portfolio and experience in mass recruitment in oil and gas industry.
• 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-
making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with
candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong mindset with can-do attitude
• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH
