Job Scope
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills and strong sales acumen, with a focus on digital platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals. Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
2. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, and other social media and e-commerce sites. Create and manage content that promotes products and drives traffic to online stores. Optimize product listings and promotional materials for better visibility and conversion rates.
3. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content that showcases the unique selling points of our products, including the use of Sunnah and natural ingredients. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Report on key metrics such as sales figures, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI).
5. Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development and customer service, to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including advertising and SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
