Job Scope

  • Co-develop and implement Employee Training & Development Policy and Recruitment processes.
  • Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory employment requirements; maintain records and disseminate updates.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management to reduce risks and ensure compliance.
  • Documentation related to HR, including preparation of letters, handbooks, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain records in systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum requirement is typically a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant coursework may include organizational behavior, labor relations, employment law, and HR management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR teams, with proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues and make informed decisions that benefit the organization and its employees.
