HR Cum Administrative

Tanggungjawab:

  1. Stay updated on labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  2. Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding wages, overtime, benets, and workplace safety.
  3. Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR/Admin-related audits.
  5. Ensure manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  6. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more ecient.
  7. Support managers in employee goal-setting, performance assessments, and feedback
  8. Responsible for procuring goods and services an organisation requires to operate eciently & timely.

Requirements:

  • Workaholic person & Strong communication skill 
  • Have experience at least 1 years or 2 years in HR /Admin 
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s in degree in related eld 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
