Tanggungjawab:
- Stay updated on labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding wages, overtime, benets, and workplace safety.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR/Admin-related audits.
- Ensure manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more ecient.
- Support managers in employee goal-setting, performance assessments, and feedback
- Responsible for procuring goods and services an organisation requires to operate eciently & timely.
Requirements:
- Workaholic person & Strong communication skill
- Have experience at least 1 years or 2 years in HR /Admin
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s in degree in related eld
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
