• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Hours:  10am – 7pm
• Number of Vacancy: 1
• Salary Range: RM4000 – RM6000

Job Scope

• Directs and supervises nursing activities in proving quality care.
• Manage the nursing department and provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Dealing with customer, to advice and provide solutions to new mother on their common issues.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures of nursing care.
• Responds to situational opportunities and/or problems that occur in a timely manner and demonstrates the ability to minimize the opportunities or minimize the problem.
• Monitors and develops nursing staff including handling training and development.
• Develop, execute and monitor quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Upgrade nursing care standards and professional practice models.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’ s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Speak in mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in newborn care and postnatal care is an advantage.
• Breastfeeding knowledge is an advantage.
• Patient and love baby.
• Strong people leadership and organisation skills.
• Able to direct and lead the nursing aspects of a fast-paced environment.
• Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board and with valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC).
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
