  • Location of Position: Seksyen 22 Shah Alam, Selangor
  • Working Days: : 5 days (Monday- Friday)
  • Working Hours: 8am- 5.30pm
  • Number of Vacancy: 1
  • Salary Range: 1800-2300

Job Scope

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management.
  • Assist with scheduling personal appointments, managing calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, mails & packages.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Perform general office duties, such as order supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks and personal errands when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Female single only.
  • Must work outstation when directed by mgmt.
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
