- Location of Position: Seksyen 22 Shah Alam, Selangor
- Working Days: : 5 days (Monday- Friday)
- Working Hours: 8am- 5.30pm

- Salary Range: 1800-2300
Job Scope
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management.
- Assist with scheduling personal appointments, managing calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, mails & packages.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including prepare agendas and minutes.
- Perform general office duties, such as order supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks and personal errands when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Female single only.
- Must work outstation when directed by mgmt.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
