Job Scope
- Ensure smooth operations by managing
- Managing work schedules
- Maintaining adequate stock levels
- Implementing and adhering to food preparation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring employees follow established work ethics and discipline
- Managing the swimming pool area
- Overseeing the guest house operations
- Keeping the premises clean and well-maintained
Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry
- Demonstrates strong leadership, discipline, honesty, and reliability in performing duties
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Possession of a valid driving license
