Job Scope

GSP’s core activities involve:

• Earthwork construction, earth bund for landfill cells
• Sales of NUF as agricultural products or other industries

Construction

– To assist CEO on operational tasks at preliminary stage prior to actual construction works in terms of documentation and paperwork, such as:

• To liaise with GSP’s Project Management Consultant (DNA Consult) in ensuring the deliverables are completed:
  • EIA Report
  • Kebenaran Merancang
  • Monitor Project Timeline
  • Conceptual Design
  • Engineering Detail Design
  • Tender Documention
  • Construction Award

• To assist CEO in liaising with all government agencies in line with tasks mentioned above in terms of documentation and paperwork, such as:
  • Department of Environment
  • Jab Mineral dan Galian
  • Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang
  • Kerajaan Negeri Pahang
  • Local Council etc

• To assist CEO in liaising with client Lynas in ensuring to deliver the deliverables above in terms of documentation and paperwork.

Product Sales

• To assist CEO in the process of Reclassification of NUF by product
• To work closely with universities, researchers and professors
• To lead any lab research required, to be able to summarize and advise the outcome of and lab research done
• To help on pre-sales effort and preparation prior to setting up Special Sales Team, which may involves market studies.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• Open to any engineering background but preferably with experience in construction projects
• Experience 2-3 years
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and deliver targets
• Able to produce Project Timeline Gant Chart, S-Curve et
• Strong grasps in Chemistry are added bonus
• Posses own transport and willing to travel to site location
