On 11 November 2025, MTR Solutions successfully conducted its highly practical Mid Management Solutions Training (To learn more about our HR and compliance solutions, visit MUSTRE) at DVA Academy, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam. Designed specifically for mid-level managers, this program focused on helping participants translate company clauses and policies into realistic, actionable steps that can be implemented immediately at the workplace.
Held from 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM, the session was led by Mastura Khairi, HR Consultant at MTR Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd. With her extensive experience in HR, compliance, and organisational development, she guided participants through a structured learning journey that simplified complex clauses into practical workflows and clear responsibilities.
Throughout the training, participants learned how to break down policy statements, create simple and functional SOPs, develop action checklists, and establish cross-department alignment. The Mid Management Solutions Training emphasized hands-on activities, real case discussions, and group exercises that allowed participants to relate each module directly to their daily operational challenges.
The atmosphere was energetic and engaging, with participants actively sharing issues, brainstorming solutions, and discovering new ways to strengthen their role as middle managers. Many attendees highlighted how the training helped them gain clarity and confidence in executing policies effectively—ensuring smoother operations within their teams.
With a special promotional fee of RM150 (original price RM899), seats were limited to only 30 participants—and the session was fully booked earlier than expected.
