  Job Scope

• Serve customers professionally and handle walk-in / online enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and invoices accurately.
• Explain car paint pricing and service packages clearly to customers.
• Provide solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer questions confidently and solve issues in a smart, calm manner.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive communication at all times.
• Work closely with the team and follow instructions from management.
• Maintain basic knowledge and understanding of automotive services

  Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Advisor / Customer Service field.
•  Must have basic automotive knowledge (especially car paint / body repair is an advantage).
• Good communication skills and able to explain services clearly.
•  Able to stay calm and communicate without emotion during customer handling.
•  Attractive personality, confident, and customer-friendly.
• Positive attitude and responsible (including maintaining prayer/solat).
•  Able to work in a team and cooperate well with others.
• Willing to learn and improve continuously.
