  • Location of Position: Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam
  • Working Days: 5
  • Working Hours: 9.00 – 6.00 pm
  • Number of Vacancy: 2 (Operations Assistant and/or Admin Assistant)
  • Salary Range: RM1500 (Contract for 3 months) Review on 4th month

Job Scope

VENDOR MANAGEMENT  

  • Manage all product developments and coordinate with suppliers and vendors on the necessary stock-takes. 
  • Research relevant concepts and ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Work together with the Social Media team in the creation and execution of all promotional activities and campaigns for IG, FB and Google My Business. 
  • Manage all ancillary matters relating to products including product packaging, product labelling, new product acquisition, product bundling etc.  
  • Keep abreast with development of health and wellness business including marketing efforts like identifying suitable social media influencers and collaborators. 
  • Customer relationship management including all enquiries in various platforms.• Tactfully handle complaints and incidents.

ORDER PROCESSING + LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Coordinate all order processing matters with customers, suppliers and vendors including arrangement with relevant transporters involved in the delivery of all products to customers.
  • Attend to all walk-in customers.
  • Ensure all orders from all platforms are correctly packed and shipped out on time.  
  • Ensure all products in www.ketomall.asia, Shopee and Lazada are correctly uploaded (together with the correct photos), priced, with proper descriptions.
  • Customer relationship management including attending to all enquiries from potential customers.

REPORTS AND RECONCILIATIONS

  • Manage all relevant documentations and filing including preparation of quotations, invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
  • Ensure all stock-counts (inventory management) are in order and updated.
  • Submit required reports and reconciliation by the 3rd of every month.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
  • Fast learner, can work with minimal supervision
  • Must have Own transport
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-starter, extroverted, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
