Job scope
- To provide administrative support and engage with the company agency forces.
 - To provide administrative support to daily office operations
 - To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling appointments for agent’s customers and preparing the necessary documents for agency support.
 - To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
 - To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.
 - To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
 - to perform ad hoc tasks (maintenance and record keeping for agency-related matters) as assigned by the management.
 - Managing in customer service/ sales coordinator
 - Handling queries from customer through whatsapp, email and phone call. Handling order from customer.
