  • Working Hours: 7:30am – 5pm

  • Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month

Job Scope

  Fully responsible for the costing of all items produced and in conjunction with the management to carry out regular tests on all menu products.

·         Develop new menus and food items to meet the taste and dining requirements of the customers

·         Establish and maintain kitchen policy and standard operation procedures.

·         Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload and depending on the center’s occupancy. Controls and enforces the set vacation limits.

·         Assumes full responsibility of the meal quality for the customers, aims to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.

·         Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.

·         Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.

·         Make periodic and regular audit/inspection on cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation/production, cooking and steward areas, equipment and kitchen employees’ appearance.

·         Conduct and assess taste and flavor to observe high standard of food quality, freshness and nutrition needs.

·         Establish Daily Market List and Kitchen List with the Purchasing Department to ensure the best price and quality food.

·Carries out duties that may from time to time to be assigned to him by the management.
