Job Scope
- Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
- Cooperating with fellow staff and reporting administration about any arising issues.
- Applying best practices and be up-to-date with market trends.
- Keeping a clean and stocked room.
- Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.
- Acknowledging relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations
Requirements
- Experience or not Experience can apply as a Spa Therapist or similar role
- Training provided
- Some experience with sales
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach
- Positive attitude and patience
- Diploma/ Degree or current licence in aesthetics
