Job Details

• Working Days: 5 days a week Mon- Fri
• Working Hours:9am to 5:30pm
• Number of Vacancy: 1
• Salary Range: RM2500-RM2999

Job Scope

Handle full spectrum payroll and compile monthly reports.

• To ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions before pay date .
• To update and maintain employee’s payroll information in the system
• Maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all payroll documentation
• Preparation of Form EA
• Monitor and maintain leave records into systems.
• To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time by the HOD.
• Payroll Processing Support, Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll when necessary, including inputting data and running payroll reports.
• Familiar with outsourced services will be preferred

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: Prior experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles preferred. Familiarity with payroll software and systems is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Integrity: Upholding a high level of integrity and confidentiality concerning payroll information.

Additional Requirements (if applicable):

• MALE ONLY
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulations.
• Certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, CPP) may be preferred or required depending on the organization.
