Job Scope

  • As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist in daily operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Processing new hire paperwork and ensuring completion of required forms.
  • Maintaining HR records, including employee files and databases.
  • Updating and organizing HR documents and policies.
  • Handling routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changes.
  • Verifying timesheets and assisting with payroll inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in HR audits and preparing reports as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of HR information and records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Human Resources or related field a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or HR internship advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
