Job scope

  • To provide administrative support and engage with the company agency forces.
  • To provide administrative support to daily office operations
  • To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling appointments for agent’s customers and preparing the necessary documents for agency support.
  • To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
  • To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.
  • To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
  • to perform ad hoc tasks (maintenance and record keeping for agency-related matters) as assigned by the management.
  • Managing in customer service/ sales coordinator
  • Handling queries from customer through whatsapp, email and phone call. Handling order from customer.
