JOB DESCRIPTION : To Teach Students

Teaching Scope

  • Update the IEP
  • Prepare lesson plan
  • Prepare MPR
  • Prepare performance video
  • Prepare for 9.30 activity
  • Prepare for 11.10 activity
  • Canva designing
  • Classroom management and environment
  • Communicate with parent in what’s app
  • Conduct PTM meeting
  • Organize field trips
  • Organize camp day
  • Atend workshops and assist team in the preparation
  • Case conference
  • Attend in house training
  • Assist in duty roaster, Time table and student management
  • Classroom and workstaƟon cleanliness
  • Start finish tray and other visual cues in work area
  • Mark calendar with Team
  • Maintain freshness, brightness, cleanliness of the center
  • APR & Circle Time & Wash hand (Every one hour) & Follow Time table
  • Goodbye song & Social skill or other activity : run and jump
  • Lunch Time: 12.30 keep lunch box on table and the next batch will feed
  • Stop class at 11.15 and 12.15 : spray, wipe and clean classroom
  • Sanitization & Drink water & Line up & Change diapers & Check if they are following SDS 
  • Take picture if there is anything interesting
  • Maintain the cleanliness of ALRITE
  • Like ALRITE post in instagram
  • Be part of ALRITE’s social media content
  • Responsible for ALRITE’s brandingChildren programme
  • Camp day
  • Field trips
  • Circle Time

  1. Monday Art (9.30 am)
  2. 9.30 am activities for Tuesday – Friday
  3. 11.00 am Sensory activity
  4. 11.30 am activity
  5. 2.30 pm activity
  6. Next month group lesson preparation

Procedure of updating 2-weeks of Lesson Plan

  1. Allocate 15 mins for team to update their MPR for the previous 2-weeks’ lessons
  2. Update the IEP and highlight the colors accordingly and mark purple for the new lessons that will be in the Lesson Plan.
  3. All the new lessons that were marked purple should be generated into the Lesson Plan and updated in the MPR.
  4. Once the Lesson Plan has been completed, all the trays and materials need to be prepared.
  5. Workstation checking
    • Table and chairs are clean
    • Enough chair for teacher, students and start-finish tray
    • Start-Finish tray
    • Visual Cues

Student Management

  • Lesson Plan & Material & Trays & Classroom & Kids activities / lesson video
  • Kids art activities and display and post & Children programme : 2 activities a month
  • Observation & Case conference

Ambiance

  • Art activities & Change waiting area and liti area & sanitization, lights, furniture,fragrance,
  • Art display (Change every Monday)

Degree / Masters in Psychology

Job Details

LOCATION: Subang Jaya USJ

SALARY: RM 2700 – RM 4000

WORKING HOURS: 8.30 – 5.30

Days: MON – FRIDAY ( Required to work on selected saturdays when there are workshops or PTM)
