Job Scope
- Office Management: Must oversee the day-to-day operations of an office. This can include managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: You are required to schedule appointments, meetings, and events for therapists or team members, and ensure that schedules are organized and efficient.
- Communication: Should be able to handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to parents. Must also draft and proofread documents.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: You are responsible for maintaining and organizing company records, databases, and files. This can include data entry, filing, and document management.
- Travel Arrangements: You may also be tasked with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, and transportation, for company employees.
- Event Planning: You may assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, or conferences.
- Financial Tasks: You are responsible to handle basic financial tasks like expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoicing.
- Administrative Support: You must provide general administrative support to our team or department, which may involve tasks like photocopying, scanning, faxing, and other administrative duties.
- Customer Service: Regularly interact with clients or customers, in order to gain new customers, providing information or assistance.
- Project Support: Must be able to assist in various projects, which can include research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and the ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Problem-Solving: You should be able to resolve routine administrative issues and, when necessary, escalate more complex problems to superiors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and technology.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated psycho-social; interpersonal and oral communications skills; creativity/flexibility on delivery of services and the ability to function on an interdisciplinary treatment team are essentials components of the position.
