Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
